Bug Fixes

• Fixed the Anonymous Usage Statistics disclosure pop-up reappearing on every launch. Root cause was the Settings screen silently wiping the "you've seen this" flag whenever it saved — and the same bug was quietly resetting a handful of other unmanaged settings at the same time, so this fix lands across the board.
• Added a backup on-disk marker for the disclosure-seen state, so even if the database flag is ever wiped again, the pop-up will never re-appear.
• Fixed Rescan Library queueing pending thumbnails in an infinite loop in some cases.
• Fixed a specific scenario where the free-tier file limit could be exceeded during import.
