Bug Fixes

• Fixed Add Drive failing with "SQLite Error 1: 'too many SQL variables'" when the chosen folder contains roughly 33,000 or more files — the duplicate pre-flight check now handles any drive size. Large imports were exposed to the same failure and are fixed by the same change.
• Fixed a long delay before the Resolve duplicates dialog appeared when there were very large numbers of conflicts
• Fixed a file-watcher conflict during duplicate cleanup that produced internal database errors and slowed down the Add Drive flow
